We will work directly with the lease administrators, legal department and, real estate department in assuring that each and every new lease that you enter into is favorable. Landlord lease language can be tricky trying to interpret. That’s why we not only have our legal council and utility analysts review the utility clauses for our clients, but we also require our energy engineers to be actively involved as well.
Our engineers come across improper rates, bad escalation clauses, and erroneous engineering formulas. We have our clients go back to the landlord to renegotiate this portion of the lease agreement, thus avoiding entering into a bad lease.
