Our staff will work hand in hand with your organization in order to establish your specific site variance threshold requirements. Were we tend to differ from most other utility auditing / bill management companies, is that we incorporate our energy engineers to help us determine your true energy footprint. For example: Several of your sites, in the same region, with the same vendor, could be paying $5 per square foot for electricity from day one, when in fact they should have only been paying $3 per square foot all along. A typical site to site comparison will not pick up on this, but our energy engineers’ will when calculating your true energy footprints. They analyze the reasonableness of your utility charges.
