While most of the utility auditing / bill management companies out there have a Web based system and offer similar services such as: utility bill audits, rate analysis, energy procurement, lease audits, etc. The real difference is Remco's in-depth analysis of your utility spend through our proprietary Forensic Utility Auditing process . At REMCO we have an in house engineering staff that applies proper engineering principles when analyzing the data, which usually results in uncovering more.

How long are your contract terms?
The length of the agreement is totally up to you. What we mean by that is with 90 days written notice you can terminate the agreement – no questions asked.

What is a typical ROI?
The ROI can vary greatly from one client to the next depending on what they have done with regards to: utility audits, energy procurement etc. REMCO has obtained ROI’s for their clients as quickly as 2 months, but probably averages about one year.

What if it’s not a utility billing error?
There are many situations where the problem maybe something other than a billing error, i.e. operational or equipment failure. REMCO will send a representative out on site to investigate the situation further.
