REMCO realized that there was a real need to audit landlord utility bills and have been doing so since 1984. We helped set the standard for the industry. Over the course of time, REMCO has built up quite an extensive library profiling each and every major landlord throughout the country. As part of our process, our engineers and analysts review electric, gas, water & sewer charges passed through by your landlord to ensure accurate billing. This may include lease reviews and the need for sub-metering.
We understand and are sensitive to the fact that it’s you that has the relationship with the landlord and we will never do anything to jeopardize that. We will follow your lead and will do as much or as little as you request from us.
