Rate Analysis/ Rate Change
Since 1984, REMCO has been interpreting utility rate tariffs for a broad range of clients. We have accumulated quite an extensive library of rate engines which is constantly being updated, compiled and maintained by the rate desk operators. Over the years, our rate analysts and energy engineers have found a number of situations where the utility rate tariffs were actually being misapplied by the utility company. There have also been situations where they brought these matters up with the PUC (Public Utilities Commission) on behalf of our clients’.
Remember while the utility company attempts to put you on the best rate classification, ultimately the burden rests with the end user.
